Must Do Things In The Night:
Our days
starts with a morning weather it’s good or bad.
If our days starts with a good morning then it
automatically turns into a great day but if it ends bad then our whole great
day just turns into a worse. Everyone needs something to do to make their night
routine better then now. So here are some tips to make your night routine
better then ever.
1) Face wash:
Our face is
the most crucial part of our body. So it is our responsibility to make it look
presentable to others. So the most easiest step to do for your face is to use a
“mild face wash”. But if you have a sensitive skin then please use a recommended
face wash for your face.

2) Apply rosewater/aloevera gel:
Before going to your bed you must apply rosewater/aloevera gel after
using face wash. Rosewater is a natural deoxidizing agent that helps your face skin to be gentle
and also helps in slowing down the ageing process. On the other hand aloevera
gel is also a deoxidizing agent and helps is removing pimple or scars that gets
generated by pimples. So this tip is one of the most important tip from all. Doing
this regularly will help you to see results in the future time.

3) For pimple:
Suffering from pimple on our face is the painful time as it not only
make our face damaged but also make our confidence level down. So there is a
way from which we can get rid them without harming ourselves or our pocket. A chemical
name clindamisin that helps in removing pimple causing germs and helps our skin
to heal from pimple. This chemical is mainly present in a tube called “Clinsol”.
You can get it from any chemist shop nearby your house. So in my opinion use
this and see the magic and happiness it brings in your life .

4) Eye-cream:
Eyes are one of the thing that people see in first so it’s our duty to
make them look presentable to others. So the easiest way to prevent our eyes
getting dark circles is to get a proper amount of sleep. Other than that we can
also use products like eye-creams that prevent our eyes from having dark
circles as well as makes the ageing process slow as possible. The best time to
apply an eye-cream is the time when you head towards your bed. Apply it after
having a face wash.

5) Minimized usage of smart phones:
During your bed time routine try to avoid usage of your smart phones at
least half an hour before going to sleep. This is because of the fact that when
we use smart phones at night then the light coming from them tricks our mind to
think that we do not want to sleep at that time which makes our body stressed and
our ability to sleep starts getting difficult. So in my opinion we should not use
our smart phones at least half an hour before going to sleep…
